I hate how high My sugars run with activity! You would think if you were running or swimming your sugar would drop right? Your body is using more of the sugars in your blood to make your body move.
I have been told that that does happen but then on top of that the body has a collection of sugar to give back to the blood during exercise/stress etc.
A normal body can give the right amount of insulin to combat all the stuff but I inject it! So while I inject less and eat a little more to protect my sugars from the activity my body is also giving me extra sugar too!! Leaving me with a 26 after swimming.
Good a1c coming up?! I highly doubt it! 😦
